Accommodation Rates for Old Bara Farmhouse

• Weekend (Friday & Saturday night) up to 3 guests = $760

  • Each additional guest per night = $50

  • children 2yrs and under = FREE

• Public holidays (min 3 night stay) up to 3 guests = $1,200

  • each additional guest per night = $50

  • children 2yrs and under = FREE

• Extra night or weekday stay(min 2 night stay) up to 3 guests = $380

  • each additional guest per night = $50

  • children 2yrs and under = FREE

• Special events weekend - Minimum $400 per night

  • each additional guest per night = $50

  • children 2yrs and under = FREE

​​

• Full Week (7 Nights) = 15% discount

​

• Cleaning fee per booking = $150

​

• A refundable bond of $200 will be paid with each booking prior to the stay commencing.

  • If ANY damage is done to our property, the replacement/repair value will be taken out of your bond money. A credit card number must be supplied to the owners at the time of booking whether made directly or via an agent.

10% discount for return guests (within 12 months and not including public holidays)

All linen and towels are included in the price.

Full payment to be made on confirmation of booking, via direct debit or credit card (sorry, no Diners or AMEX).

Booking Conditions for Old Bara Farmhouse

By booking directly or via an agent with us, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Full payment on booking.

2. Holidaymakers who cancel:

   • at least 30 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount that they've paid.

   • between 14 and 30 days before check-in, will receive 50% of the amount that they've paid.

   • less than 14 days before check-on, will receive no refund.

3. No smoking permitted inside the cottage.

4. A bond of $200 will be charged prior to the commencement date of their stay. This will be reimbursed within 3 days of vacating the Cottage after an inspection of the premises, IF no damage is found.

5. Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair/replacements to the Cottage for damage that is over the $200 bond during your stay.

6. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for each booking.

7. The number of people included in the booking is to be the maximum number of people included, any extra guests must be paid for.

8. Check in from 2pm. Any earlier times are to be pre organised and approved.

9. Vacating the premises is by 10am on the morning after final night, unless organised prior with the management.
